Retail Price for Franchise Electricity Customers 2012-2014 - release of Final Report
On 21 September 2011, the Treasurer Andrew Barr MLA requested the Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission (the Commission) to provide a price direction for the supply of electricity to franchise customers for the period 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2014.
The request is subject to the provisions of the Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission Act 1997.
The Commission released its final report and decision on 8 June 2012, proposing a regulated maximum tariff for the supply of electricity to franchise customers for 2012-13.
